I can't activate my account and/or didn't get activation email!

Please Check your Spam Folder as sometimes the automated activation email is diverted to your spam folder if you have Yahoo / Hotmail / Gmail

We apologize if the system is not working correctly please contact us with your username and email and we'll activate your account for you and confirm to you by email.

Forgotten password!

Simply visit the Forgotten Password page and enter your email address you used to register and we will send you a replacement password.

How do I cancel my account?

If you wish to close your We Dating Account all you have to do is contact us and state your user name, email and reason why you would like to close your account and one of our support team will deal with your request. Before we close your account we will send you an email to confirm your request and subject to receiving your acknowledgement we will close your account immediately

How do I edit my profile?

Go to My Account / Click Edit Profile tab and you can edit, add, your profile details just remember to press SAVE before exiting.

How do I upload Images?

Go to My Account / Click Edit Images tab and you can edit, add, your images from your PC by using the browse link to find your image and upload. You can have a maximum of 10 images on your profile. Our system will automatically resize the images to fit and reduce file size to save load time. Please do not upload images that are inappropriate as all image uploads are checked by our support team prior to publication. Please be aware that all images are vetted before going live.

How do I upload Video?

Go to My Account / Click Edit Video tab and you can edit, add, your videos from your PC by using the browse link to find your Video and upload. You can have a maximum of 5 Videos on your profile. Our system will automatically reduce file size to save load time. Please do not upload Videos that contain inappropriate imagery, all Videos are checked by our support team prior to publication. Please be aware that all Videos are vetted before going live.

How do I change my username?

If you want to change your user name you will have to tell us you can't do this yourself, If you want to change your username please contact us and confirming your name, current username and what you want it changed to.

I've entered my sex wrong, how do I change it?

If you have made a mistake such as selecting not selecting the correct sex gender you will have to tell us as you can't do this yourself. If you need to change your gender please contact us confirming your name, and what it should be changed to.

I've received insulting and/or racist messages what can I do?

We Dating takes all such malicious and racial message and harassment very seriously please contact us and confirm the details and one of our support team will investigate.

I don't want a particular user to contact me.

If you wish to prevent any user from contacting you please use the BLOCK button. If this user tries to contact you via a new account repeat the process and please contact us to report this.

How do I complete my profile 100%?

To ensure your profile is completed to 100% you need to do the following

  • Complete all personal details
  • Upload at least 3 photos and 1 video
